I’ll help you overcome self-limiting beliefs, manage perfectionism, and create lasting change. My approach is evidence-based, direct, and compassionate. I don’t use “therapy talk” — I use “human talk” to build connection and create a safe, supportive space where you can fully be yourself, or discover who you want to be.
